Please, if you know how to change favicon.ico in code to favicon.png, tell me where.

Also, how to create by bulletin custom pages, private thread or?

Why change to PNG? it's .ico for a reason.
just convert your PNG to an ico: http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/

clear your cookies, and you can make custom pages a few ways.. have you tried searching "custom pages" here on vb.org?;)

about .ico; I deleted cookies for that site and nothing changed
