Looking for 3.8 compatible IMG resize app

I'm running a very simple vBulletin that operates in a fairly narrow configuration.

I'd like to have an add-on that will automatically resize any image added through IMG tags to a width that I can pre-define.

Can anyone point out anything that will work for me?
