You may disable the BBCode color function in vboptions > BBCode Settings > Enabled built-in bbcode tags > allow color bbcode > uncheck

I just tried this on my test site and in Quick Reply, the color button is gone after I unchecked that box. The color button is also gone in Reply to Thread (Advanced Reply). Where is it still showing up for you?

And did you disable the BBCode color function in vboptions > BBCode Settings > Enabled built-in bbcode tags > allow color bbcode ? If that isn't working for you, then try making a totally default style and see if it works on there. It works fine on my site so I don't know why it isn't working on your site.

And did you view this on a totally default style like I suggested?
Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style :
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
And what page is that image from?
