how can i block the crazy member

hi. the crazy peoples register many many user and start to post the ad in my forum. and i disable the register. but how come they still can register and i see in my moderation user list. block ip is not help any. they can change the ip any time. maybe they using the aoto register and post software. i have no idea what can i do now?

Well you can try searching for this plugin DNSBL/Open Proxy Monitoring. Keeps proxy ip's out. For the crazy guy... double check forum permissions for unregistered users and user awaiting confirmation. Make sure that they can't post. The hack i told you about will eliminate the proxy ip thing and then I would just do general ban on his ip. Leave the last series of ip numbers out.

How many new posts does your forum have per day? (not counting spam)
If this is not too much, then consider to moderate all new posts.

search for "sorky's no spam" hack,
enable human verification
search for cyb-advanced registeration hack

install these two hacks and along with vbulletin's default human verification system, you should be able to completely shut out un-required registerations. Also, please enable email verification required. this will help u a lot

Yes. There's no law saying porn in general is illegal in either the UK or the US. (Jelsoft is a British company, no idea where the new owners are out of)

back to the original question please......i install DNSBL/Open Proxy Monitoring and the Real ip detection.....it desn't help. is that they can block the proxy ip. now they still keeping register more user and more user. what can i do? can i block them? nobody can block those crazy user? and how do i know the register waiting for moderation is proxy user? because i can't alway ignore all the user. i m very sick with those happend.
