Okay, I'm back. I have disabled group announcements...but I'm still attempting to get everything the way I need it. I have attached screenshots below. I am wondering what templates I have to add to or change to make it this way. I also want it so more than one Global Announcement appears at a time...instead of being replaced once a new one is submitted.

I know for a fact that shouldn't be too hard to code at all....and I'm looking for a way to get that done.
