Global Poll.

I've been really interested in this, but there are no mods that I can find for vB 3.8.x that offer a simple solution to this. I want to have a global poll, or at least a poll to appear on forumhome under the navbar. Is there by chance something I may be overlooking with the vB software that does this? Is there a mod/hack/something?

Edit: Nevermind, will just settle for vBAdvanced CMPS, though it isn't exactly what I was hoping for.
