Registration problem

When someone registers the next page appears like so:

the 'home' picture and 'footer' is messed up

obviously you can tell it looks bad and unprofessional, im not sure on how this happened or how to fix so any help will be much appreciated

The navbar is not parsed at that point, AFAIK. You will probably need to create a plugin that generates the navbar code (I think I've seen an article for this).
