Ubb.Threads 6.5.5-->VBulletin

I'm considering switching our forum software...I've used UBB products since the days of hacking the freeware Ubb.Classic software, but their product support and modification/fanbase seem to have waned the last few years. Has anyone else made the jump from Ubb.Threads to VBulletin, and if so, what were your impressions?

Also, is there a classified software or even a hack that's compatible with VBulletin?

go for VB you will not be unhappy.. i have UBB too on one of my sites and i wish i never bought it.

Am I wrong in the fact that the UBB community has shrunk, or am I just out of the loop? Seems to me when Eve came along, they pushed Threads into a corner and forgot about it??
