Forum Rules box is too wide. Very strange.

Hello, I am having a CSS or design issue of some sort.

My forum rules box is extending beyond my forum theme...

At the bottom you will notice the forum rules sticking out too far.

There is nothing that I can see that should be causing this. Any ideas?
