Picture Limits not showing!

Hey guys, the Picture limits is not showing in my forum.

Maximum File Size per Picture 97.7 KB
Maximum Picture Dimensions 1,200 by 1,200
Pictures will be automatically resized to fit within these constraints if possible. However, you may receive better results by doing it manually.

I'm also in this same boat too...

I find that admins and mods are not show limits but registered member do so limits... But the setting is same in all user groups.
