Tabbed style like here ar vB.org

Hi,

I'm looking for a mod to style my forums like here at vBulletin.org with menu tabs.
I've tried the tabbed forum home mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=175687
But it's not what I want and anyway not for 3.8

Anybody to help me?
