I need help with the social groups feature on left4deadforums.com
I have tried everything I can think of to get them to work but they simply won't. The links to the groups don't appear and going for the direct typed url gives me a no permissions page. I have tried:
Social Group permissions
User Group permissions
Disabling all plugins
Disabling vBSEO
Creating a fresh style (so no mods on it)
Eventually I raised a ticket to be told that "we don't support modified boards" I offered to disable vBSEO (even though the admin account I gave them had FULL access) but was told, "we don't support modified boards". I suggested that whoever goes into to look at the problem can disable EVERYTHING and was told... you guessed it... "we don't support modified boards".
So now I turn to the org in the hope that someone can help me. I am totally at a loss to fix this problem and it's really starting to piss me off.
Any pointers or offers of assistance? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
