Birthday in registration ?

In multiple vB forum sites I saw right after I clicked on REGISTER that there is a birthday form where i have to choose month, day and year. On my forum i don´t have that ? Why is that ? Is that a additional Mod ?

Do you have COPPA enabled? Because if it is turned off, then birthdays don't really matter. Just a guess. Maybe that will do it....
