VB 4.0 questions

so it seems VB 4.0 beta is going to be released any time now. i wonder if anyone has any info about that?

is it going to be hard to upgrade from 3.X to 4.0?

when is 4.0 going to be stable for regular use?

my forum is going to be modded a lot, what can i do to make sure that upgrading will go smoothly?

3.8.x is only just being released, I doubt vB 4.0 will be released anytime soon..
