There's not much to review.. it's a default vBulletin style with a different logo.

All I can review is I guess first impression.. which is.. misleading? The domain says "magazine" but the site says forum. One would expect to see a zine type website judging by the name. The logo is really big, really really big. I'd shrink it down some and come up with a custom style.

You seem to have a decent startup activity rate though, which is a good sign.

Also, a heads up: Someone around here will come in and post that you have way too many forums for starting out, and that you should cut them back if you can.

Oh yeah, and another thing..

Maybe look into a more modern way to display your announcements and dump the marquee. Marquees are way dated, and more importantly.. way annoying.
