Notification variables?

Does anyone know the variables to get a user's individual number of notifications?

Eg. The number of friend requests = $bbuserinfo[friendreqcount], the number of unread PMs = $bbuserinfo[pmunread], etc.

Specifically:
Unread Visitor Messages
Social Group Invitations
Social Groups Join Requests
Unread Picture Comments
