Members Scores Randomly Disappearing

Hi,

Seems some of my membership are noticing that their scores are disappearing...

They know that they played the game the day before and a score submitted, the next day they check and the score is totally gone.

My auto score pruning is off and I don't have the mod that reduces scores installed.

Is there a way to remove maybe a line in the php or cron file that will totally remove the prune feature from the arcade so that there's no question that the feature is causing the issue.

Any ideas on why this may be happening?
