Basically i have a usergroup call premium user which is able to view my VIP section.
I would like to set only one ip for that account.
If any new ip appears the account get auto banned.

That really isn't feasible unless all of your "Premium Users" have static IP addresses, which the vast majority of Internet users today do not.

^^ As long as the "Premium User" group is private, nobody will be able to join it and thus get access to your VIP unless you add them to that group.

In the group options, just make sure Public (Joinable) Custom Usergroups is set to "no"

Some users decided to give out there info to other user.
So non vip user were able to see the content.
So i need a mod that will notify me when there multiple ip on a premium account.

^^ Honestly friend, I would remove their VIP privileges for doing that.
