Just wondering, are these sites affiliated? I noticed my user name is invalid on vbulletin.com

What's the difference between the two?

vBulletin.com is the official support site for vBulletin. This site is an addon and modification community supporting those that want more out of vBulletin.

They are affiliated in that Jelsoft owns the domain name for both and provides hosting for this site. However this site is staffed by volunteers and is more community driven than vBulletin.com. The sites do not share registration information.

Yes vBulletin.com is the official support site. .org is the "official" site for vBulletin modifications.

Edit: Wayne you beat me to it

These are 2 seperate sites, so you will need to register at both.

On vBulletin.com you can ask about, and get an official answer from a Jelsoft employee (besides member answers):
- Pre-Sales of the default vBulletin package
- Receive official support on the default vBulletin package
- Make suggestions to the developers for new features
- Post/Search the Bug Tracker
- Language packs are distributed on vB.com
- Professional staff

On vBulletin.org:
- Community driven support (ie. no official support, members helping other members).
- Support on modifying your vBulletin installation beyond the default functionalities
- Download member submitted modifications, styles & graphics
- Articles on modifying your vB forum and coding modifications
- Volunteer staff (except me)

Either you can look into the future, in which case i have a few questions for you. Hmm on 2nd thought, your view seems not so clear. I did not beat you, you posted before me. ;)

Or you mistake me for Wayne.
