Where to begin? vb 3.7, CMPS 3.0, IPB conversion

Trying to figure out where to begin on a conversion over from IPB. Our main index page is a iframe redirect right now. Forum has 30K and we're on our own dedicated server.

We've got vb 3.7, vba CMPS v3.1.0. and the latest vBa Dynamics installed.

We also will be installing vbSEO. Should we do this first before any other work?

We also have PhotoPost 6.2 already installed that we'd like to integrate photos into a right side column. Will that PhotoPost 6.2 work or do we need the vb Photopost version? Same for our ReviewPost we have?

How would you do the conversion?
