Yes, just like the title says, How can I disable private messaging (inbound and outbound) for a certain forum member. Any heck or vbulletin option I can use? Can I create a usergroup with "disabled private messge" and not allow access to user cp so that they can't revert back?

You help is appreciated.

I don't think there's an option to set this on a per member basis.

Yes you can create a usergroup, disable the use of PMs and move the user into that usergroup, that would work.

You always have access to the userCP but you can restrict the options that are available via userCP.

That exactly what I was thinking but they can just go to their user cp and change it.

Now that's a good info. Where do I change the "user cp options" avaiable?

A member cannot change their usergroup via their own usercp page. If you have disabled the option on admincp, they can't get it.

If you remove the option in the usercp page, yes they won't be able to go to the private message page. But if they know the url, they can still access it.

Works perfectly. Just had to create a new usergroup and disabled pm. Thanks to both of you. :D
