A Chat Room?

Now i dont mean a chat box thats on forumhome, i mean a sort of room thats on another seperate page

Wow, that is a cool chat room www.userplane.com/directory. I saw that I could get the code for it on the website, but where would I put that code, on my vBulletin 4.1.11 website?
