How to change message in "Wecome" box

I have searched through the admin cp but cannot find where I can change the message in the wecome box. Any help is much appreciated.

Do you mean the login message?

If so, search for the phrase 'login' and you can change it to what you want.

You can edit the phrase.

Admin CP > Languages & Phrases > Search in Phrases (Search for the first few words of the phrase.)
