Need to upgrade to 3.8.0

Hi guys.....
I'm using 3.7.4 version of vbulletin and i want to upgrade to 3.8.0......I want to know whether all the plugins are available for that version.....and more over,I don't have enough knowledge in vbulletin and i want some one to help me in upgrading......If any one is ready,i ll provide all the details....Please some one help me....

You should check the threads of the modifications you are using to see if they will work on 3.8.

Upgrading is not too difficult, see the manual for instructions: Upgrading vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/upgrade)
