Advertisement in vBulletin Installation

Hello

I was wondering if someone could help me with the following.

I want to start placing advertisements on my discussion board like this site.
http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=1

The block that have the "sitepoint sponsor" where do I need to go in vbulletin to add a div
block like this.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like a Notice with the advert in html ??? Not 100% but it looks similar :)

This is what i've just done using Notice Manager in the admin cp You could even use it for adsense ads
