Email When a Specific User Posts?

I would like to receive an email when a specific user posts any messages. Is this functionality already standard or is there a Mod to do this? Looking through usergroups, I can't seem to find a way to do it. Thanks in advance.

You can set it so that you get an email when a new post or new thread is created but I don't think you can set it for a specific user, it's a global setting.
