categories forum display list

somebody can help me why i see the different forumdisplay categories list?

Edit the forum in the Forum Manager section of AdminCP.

Check the Posting Options section, you might have "Act as Forum" set to NO.

Depth of Forums - Forum Home.2
Depth of Forums - Forum Display:2
Depth of Sub-Forums.2

i tried to change this options but the display list don't change
