Help - Keep header from scrolling?

Hello again,

I have a custom header (Seen Here (http://1320legend.com/community/)) that i want to keep it from moving when the user scrolls.

How could i do this?

The top where it says 1320LEGEND (Flash part) moves with the page as you scroll. I want it to not scroll.

The flash part moves with the forum when you scroll up and down. If it is not doing it on your browser then you need to use a different one.

I do not want the flash part to move when moving the forum up or down. :)

What browser are you using? I've tested it on Safari and Firefox. I've also looked at the source of the page and nothing pops out, that I see, which would make it scroll.
