Hi,
I am currently working on a project and I basically want to know if the following is possible:
Our site will be displayed by the use of a XHTML template with a .css stylesheet. We will use transparent .png background images for our content blocks so we can let the background image shine trough (http://www.stichtingfok.nl/example.jpg)..
Our users are given the option to make a selection out of different themes (fa: Batman, Superman, Spiderman) for their personal homepage. When they select and new style the layout and .css stylesheet will then change so the colors/background/sitebanner etc will be totally different.. All our custom pages will use this template, but my question is; How can we let the vbulletin forum pages change colors/images when our users switch themes on a non vbulletin page?
To further illustrate what I mean the following example:
Default colors of our site+forum are: Black/Blue. When a user switches to a superman theme it will become Red/Light Blue.. This works on all our custom made pages. But when the user goes to our forum or his personal blog (which is not custom made but from within vbulletin) he suddently has the black/blue default style again with the default banner etc.
Is there a way to fix this?
For example when a user selects the Superman style on the non vbpages the .css contains all the .css code for the forums aswell, so when the user goes to the forum the style will be correct?
Or write a script that when a user selects a style on a non vb page a vbulletin style corresponding to that style automatically changes in his/her forum settings?
Last question: is it possible to have transparant .png images in forum layout tables?
Thanks for reading and hopefully helping :) If some things are unclear please let me know!
