i want to make search engines see the forums while the whole forum not accessable by guests

That would be Cloaking and will get your site removed from Se's if they spot it.

it's already in ipb and all sites using it are still in google and other search engines

Then how does IPB get their content listed in google searches, yet you have to register to view content.

You can do it - but Google does not like you for doing it. You can report the site and Google will look at it and take action if necessary.
