i got forum with about 250 member and 250 topic

it just started 1 month ago

it based on phpbb3

do u suggest to use impex or install new forum?

and do impex has anyproblem with phpbb3 transfer

Why not use ImpEx. Unless you want to start with no members or posts.

in the past i tried it with ipb and i got error in passwords

all members has to reset their passwords cause impex didn't convert them

so does it still the same problem?

Many people have imported from phpBB 3 with no issues. Password are not imported though (they cannot be imported due to different hashing algorithms used).
