No need to open a ticket yet.
"Database error in vBulletin 3.6.8"
This means that you have not ran the upgrade script yet. Please run the upgrade script.
neither of my 3.6.10 installs have a "userlist" table either. I am trying to track down when that table is supposed to be created because so far in the upgrade script it was not created.
Hello Marco
The bug is caused precisely because running the script, this error occurs in Step 3.
Anyway, I did a test. I downloaded the original version 3.6.8, I uploaded the forum in another folder, and upload my bd run the upgrade script and I have not had any error.
This test confirms that I have a grave error in my original forum.
I ask: You can dump the original version 3.6.8 on my forum to avoid the error when trying to run the upgrade?
Thanks Marco

Actually 3.6.8 should already have that table. for some reason you are missing default table(s). Best would be to open a support ticket so someone can check your database.
Hi Marco, one of the conditions required to send a ticket is:
Whether or not you have edited any files (if you have installed hacks or modified any of the vBulletin PHP files, we cannot offer any support until the original files are restored.)
I have some hack installed. I give support?
I have to uninstall all hack before sending the ticket?
thanks again

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
Add this to the end of your config.php. This will disable all your modifications. If you have made any file edits to vBulletin's files, overwrite those files with the originals. Then open your ticket (although this should not be needed in this case).
ok Dismounted, thank you very much
I will try and send the ticket
hello, is already solved.
Updated to 3.7.4
Thank you all for your help
