Question about Signature Rule

I will like to ask a quick question. Users are not allowed to advertise paid products within their signature at vb.org ( even it is allowed to do so in vb.com ) However there are lots of users who use their signatures as advertisement of their personal paid services. Whats the difference between paid services and paid products ?

Staff can not read every post that is made, or check every signature when it is updated. If you see a post or signature that violates one of our rules, please report it and staff wil look into the issue.
