Hello All...

I'm a newbie here...I'm from Indonesia

Any body can teach Me, how I can update the version of my forum to vbulletin to 3.8.0.

My forum v3.7.5

Please teach Me step by step.

ok just overwrite all your forum files with the new version of vbulletin via ftp I am sure you know how to do that!

then

point your browser to www.yourforumsurl.com/install/upgrade.php

then simply follow the steps

Firstly, you have to change the URL so that it matches your forum's domain. I'm hoping you did that.

Secondly, see the manual on upgrading (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/upgrade).

You try to say "details", but not say what details. The OP hasn't posted anything about "details" in the first place.

Well I think you kinda messed up with understanding this rightly.. opener has asked how to upgrade his forums and he seems to find it difficult so someone suggested that he can find details of upgrading forums in his member's area thats it..

It'd be very hard to find something on upgrading from the members area directly. It only has a link to the documentation, with no mention of upgrading, etc., in fact, I already posted a link to the upgrade section of the documentation directly.

Just pointing out some very strange advice, that's all.
