I am not going to reinstall my style, please help :o

Most likely you have a problem with the forum style path. Look in your forumhome for "forum_new.gif" and look and see if there is a bad image path

hmm I think I am doing it correct..

and my forum_new.gif is in style/statusicon/ folder

the post_old goes like this: /style/statusicon/post_old.gif

and my post_new goes in the exact same folder

What have you set as the statusicon directory? Make sure that you have placed the image into the directory specified there.

if you have a images folder in your style make sure to add that too..

usually path goes like this your-style/images/statusicon/post_new.gif

If you your style is in forum root or it goes like this

images/style/statusicon/blahblah!



make sure the path is right and also make sure no images is missing in your style folder.
