forum moderators in forum home

I would like to get the forum moderators listed in forum home below each forum description. Can this be done by template edits somehow?

There was a modification in the 3.0 mod section to do this (search and grab it before they close that forum to downloading). I just put it in my Description field for the forum I want to show the moderators of.
