My signature pictures are tiny. So I went to:
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Groups -> UserGroup Manager -> Registered Users -> Edit/Go

I goto this block:

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/01/48.jpg

The orginal values were No, No, 500, 100, 10000

So to get the Signature pictures up, I changed it to Yes, Yes, 500, 100, 10000 which worked to get the picture posted. However, the picture is tiny (the same size as an Avatar). So, I ended up changing the values to Yes, Yes, 0, 0 , 0 thinking that this would override everything, just so I could prove I could get larger pictures there. But the small picture stills there.... So how do you make that picture bigger? It's the same size as an Avatar....

Did you go to

Maintenance & Tools -> Update Counters -> Empty Signature Cache

After changing the option

Thanks in advance...

In your vBulletin AdminCP over on the left, near the very bottom you'll see it.

When someone says this

"Maintenance & Tools -> Update Counters -> Empty Signature Cache "

It basically translate to this

"Login to your vBulletin AdminCP then on the left click on Maintenance & Tools, then on Update Counters from the drop down that appears, and on the new page that loads fine Empty Signature Cache"

Good luck

I just did that, and sent a test post, the picture size is still the same size as a avatar... Any more suggestions?

Test of the signature section...

I still don't understand why you cannot adjust the size of the singnature pics using the Upload in your UserCP > Edit Signature. However, their is a work around. Here are the 2 examples. The one using the upload button available in the Edit signature area only allows me to have Avatar size pics. However, to get larger on I just went to www.tinypic and resized the orginal large picture to a 640x480 size...

Here is a picture that I resized at www.tinypic.com and resized to 640x480 and pasting in the {IMG} instead. I don't understand why anyone would ever want to use that upload button available in the Edit Signature section...
