Need help with moderation...

I have a problem on my forum... It seems that some users are being moderated, but when I go into the settings it don't show that they need moderation or whatever.. Could someone please help me out with this.. It's started to upset my users and I'm trying to get this resolved as quick as possible..

Please if at all possible give me a check list on what to check for so I can get this taken cared of..

is it uploading images or language files ?

one place to look "could" be
AdminCP > Usergroups > usergroup manager >

and check your settings for that category of users that feel they are moderated..
look for lines such as "Can Avoid Moderation Queue"

from what I can gather is when a user makes a post with links or images in the post, they go into moderation.. I checked AdminCP > Usergroups > usergroup manager > and everything seems to be set to yes...

ok then try

AdminCP > Forums and moderators > clik to edit a forum where they complain

under the section named : Moderation Options

you can specify settings for each forum there.
