Is there a "Members Area" Mod for 3.7.x ?

I am looking for a Mod like the one when I buy vB at vb.com and then when the payment is confirmed, i can login into a Members Area where i can download what I just purchased. Usually thats called "Members Area" Mod, i saw it for other Forum Softwares. Is there something like this for vB 3.7.x ?
