dismiss notice (Vb3.8) and google chrome

I have been testing and i've noticed that For some reason on my forum google chrome and Safari users can't dismiss notices (default Vb3.8 version as well as the 3.7 hack found at vbulletin.org)

i wonder is there a work around for this?

Do you mean can't?

Chrome and Safari use the same engine (WebKit), and this looks like something that is not working in conjunction with this engine. As this affect default vBulletin functionality, please log a bug report @ vBulletin.com

sorry bout that and I'll do so at Vb.com later today, I only noticed this once I upgraded to 3.8 gold
