View Full Version : Paypal error when "recurring" option selected

Yup.. as it say in the title, It gives member errors when "recurring" option is selected in paid subscription which is done via paypal. If I uncheck "recurring" everything seems to work fine. But whenever I select "recurring" (which is great for getting payments on time from sponsors), members get error message. They can't complete the transaction.

How can I solve this problem? Did anyone have this problem in their forum ?

Only happens when "recurring" is selected. :(

Update:

Problem fixed!!!! I had the paid subscription set up as 365 days. I changed that to 1 year and went to Payment API manger and hit update. Everything is working fine now. There's probably a glitch using days format.

this wery problem have a solution over there
anything over than "cant remember ammoutn of days" should
instead be used as months or years.

had same issue, and found the solution there.
Months and years instead of days.

Not sure but i belive it was 180days maximum.
