There are previous versions of it but i hate how most of them you have to manually edit each template, but should their be a new mod made for 3.8.0?

alot of mods for 3.6 & 3.7 will work on 3.8

It will always say that as it was from a previous version of vBulletin... Just tick the ignore box.
