You can, yeah. In the header template find:

<if condition="$skin_fixed_width = true"></if>

Change true to false.

EDIT: God, i was checking out there premium skins, $40!!!! IMO a skin should be no more than $20, though i am sure alot of work was put into them but, $40????

Great skin, to Replicators just fool around with the hue and saturation in photoshop and you can make this green in no time :D
