MODCP Error

When im in the MODCP it works fine, but there is aways this error at the top of the screen

If you disable your plugins, do you still get that error?

Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
