ok i got v-bulletin 3.7.4 and my arcade is 2.6.8+ and i want to get the arcade active users on the bottom of the arcade forum ?

The arcade does this by default. Or are talking about something else?

If your talking about the bottom of the arcade pages...

Admin >> Arcade >> Arcade Main Settings:
Scroll down to Active users list,,,set to Yes where you want to show..
