in my site if anyone make thread or post it's showing some section different in 1 section cross over other section
right side i want it's on left side how can i change

That looks to be a custom modified postbit from using a modification. Do you have any modification installed that deal with the postbit display?

This is most likely from the modification "Chief First Post". This modification changes the postbit template, and therefore, does not use postbit_legacy.
