That particular script is now classed as archived which means it's read only. You cannot download thisscript anymore.

Does anyone know of a similar script? I already know about the login on non-vB pages mods, but I need something where people can sign up quickly on a non-vB page.

You should use the User Data Manager (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/data_managers) to register users. A tutorial for this can be found in the Articles section.
