backup theards

hello

some one hacked my forum 3.7.4 !!!

he deleted the admin i have restored the admin

he deleted the best theards

i have no back up

how can i restore theards or sections that was deleted in my forum??

help plez

If you have no backup and the threads are not soft-deleted, then you have lost those threads. Remember to always backup! Also, make sure you try to find how he hacked your site. It's no good trying to patch it up and then he comes back.
