Since upgrade weird editing issue

Since we upgraded to 3.8.0 from 3.7.4 we are expereincing a weird issue.

1. you reply to a post. click Submit Reply , everything is ok
2. then go back to it, and click edit
3. do your edit, and then click save.
4. the save spinner animation does its bit, then nothing happens.

Cant quite figure out whats happening. Any suggestions please.

If you have vBSEO installed, make sure you have installed the patch for 3.7.5/3.8.0. However, if you do not, try disabling any modifications you may have.
