Avatar Upload problem

hi all can a tell somone why register member canot upload avatar from my computer im giving this

If you are storing avatars in the file system make sure the folder is set to 0777 permissions

no man default avatar is ok but from pcc not work to upload?

Admin CP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Test File Upload

Try uploading a file there, and post if it was successful or if it failed.

safe_mode must be off in order to store attachments in the file system.

ooh haha im forget this in safe Mode in Server Settings and Optimization Options must be OF and im put ON but im forget now is OK :D thanks all for answer and help ..
